Operation: 5. To Start: Long-press the power button for 3 seconds. The device will turn on with the default light setting. 6. To Change Light Mode: Short-press the power button to cycle through the different colored light therapies (e.g., Red, Blue, Green). The colors will change automatically with each press. 7. Relax in a comfortable position for your recommended session time (15-30 minutes). Avoid reading, using screens, or performing tasks that require focused vision. Post-Treatment & Care: 8.
