After purchasing XCover Protection, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your XCover Account. Your coverage starts from the day of purchase. Once activated, you can log in to view your protection documents, certificate, and coverage details at any time.

To file a claim, log in to your XCover Account, select the protection plan you'd like to claim against, and click 'Make a Claim'. You'll need to provide supporting documents relevant to your claim. XCover aims to complete 95% of claims within 3 days, with instant payment on approved claims.

Depending on your country and the type of claim, there may be a small excess or deductible applicable when making a claim. You can find the specific details in your protection wording by logging into your XCover Account.

If you wish to return your product, you'll need to submit a claim through your XCover Account. If approved, you'll receive a shipping label and have 7 days to send the item to the return partner. Once assessed and approved, you'll receive a payout reimbursing you for your item.
