Sleep boffins recommend a bedroom temperature of 18 - 21ºC for a goodnight's sleep. With winter temperatures dropping below 7ºC, that's a lot of central heating. So why not try a heated blanket? A cosy night's sleep, from as little as 1p an hour. Preheat your bed and turn the heating off. 3 cosy temperature settings: 25, 35, 55ºC Designed to sit sleekly under your fitted sheet. Machine washable, simply detach the remote.
